Boy Scouts 

 ages 10 to 17 years old

Boy Scouting, one of the traditional membership divisions of the BSA, is available to boys who have earned the Arrow of Light Award and are at least 10 years old or have completed the fifth grade and are at least 10, or who are 11, but not yet 18 years old.

The Boy Scouts of America relies on volunteers to provide leadership and support to Cub Scout packs, Boy Scout troops, and Venturing crews. 

Become a Scout Volunteer

Through volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America, you will work with youth to build a better future for our country. Scouting volunteers come to Scouting from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
